  • Half Day On-Site or Virtual Leadership Workshop
    $5000 plus economy travel expenses

    • SWOT or similar analysis to identify and address Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats to your team’s effectiveness.
    • Up to 8 participants
    • 2 hours of pre-work to plan the session – participants asked to complete personalize SWOT or similar prior to session
    • 4 hours (including breaks) of facilitated discussion of completed SWOT and plans to address
    • 1 hour post session to address questions and issues with implementing plans

    Add-ons, available up to 3 business days prior to Workshop

    • Additional participants $300, max 4
    • Additional hours $250/hour, max 2

  • Full Day On-Site or Virtual Leadership Workshop
    $7500 plus economy travel expenses

    • SWOT or similar analysis to identify and address Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats to your team’s effectiveness.
    • Up to 8 participants
    • 3 hours of pre-work to plan the session – participants asked to complete personalize SWOT or similar prior to session
    • 8 hours (including breaks) of facilitated discussion of completed SWOT and plans to address
    • 2 hours post session to address questions and issues with implementing plans

    • Additional participants $500, max 4

  • One Hour Onsite or Virtual Leadership Workshop
    $3000

    • SWOT or similar analysis to identify and address Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats to your team’s effectiveness.
    • Up to 6 participants
    • 30 minutes of pre-work to plan the session – participants asked to complete personalize SWOT or similar prior to session
    • 1 hour (including breaks) of facilitated discussion of completed SWOT and plans to address
    • 30 minutes post session to address questions and issues with implementing plans

    Add-ons, available up to 3 business days prior to Workshop

    • Additional participants $150, max 4
